Its an absolute super producer growing to over 4ft tall. Well worth growing we think.

This rare little gem is being used for pickling and drying and is apparently very good! Its amazing variegated foliage is extremely rare in the chilli world and adds to the appeal of this great ornamental. The fruit start green, then turn jet black before they ripen to gold with some amazing color changes in between. This chilli is a classic and is so beautiful you will want to hug it like you hug your dog dog!

Helix Nebula – Space Chilli (HJ 5)

Approx. 6,000-10,000 SHUThis is one of the tastiest space chillies and is not quite as big as the space chilli number 6 but comes very close. Again very prolific, juicy and sweet just perfect to add to a salad, on a pizza or in a mild salsa. Bendy in shape with twisting and turning in all directions. Not many can brag that they have space chillies – be one of the first.

Hinkelhatz

They are hot and tasty. Very good to slice up on a salad for a bit of a kick! They are traditionally used for Chilli vinegar, pickling and oil where they really shine through. This Chilli is also in the ‘Slow Food Arc of Taste’, So you know it has to be good right?

Holiday Time

The variety is said to be from Honduras and it is a relatively rare chilli pepper. Pods start off white and change through the colour spectrum of purple yellow orange and then finally red. The bulbous pods grow upward to about a 1/2 inch size with thick flesh that is slightly sweet.

This one was created by Pepperlover for extra sweetness. It is very mild in heat and can be used like all Jalapeno’s – poppers or pickled would be a good choice. Around the same size as a regular Jalapeno the Honeypeno is slightly more tapered at the bottom. We love it and we know you will too.

Hot fish Pepper

It is said to be from the Caribbean and got its name from from the fact that it was used in white sauce on fish(using the fruit when white). The fish pepper fruit has an amazing ripening cycle as it makes its way to being fully red. At maturity the fruit get to be around 4-5cms long. Not only are the fruit stunning but the foliage is variegated white and green making it even more intriguing. It’s believed that the fish pepper is a hybrid of the Serrano and the cayenne pepper.
