10,000 – 30,000 SHU
Most hard core chilli heads will by now have heard of the CGN 21500. The CGN classification system for chilli varieties indicates an accession from the genebank at Wageningen in the Netherlands.
It’s originally from Brazil and must have some heritage with the Roxa type. It is very sweet and juicy and has a fruity and delicate flavour. Although quite mild in heat, it is very highly regarded amongst chilli lovers and is probably the most well known of the CGN types. We have never heard anything but good reports about this great chilli. It is very plentiful on the plant and goes great in a salad. Grow it! You will love it!
