Scotch Brains Orange
C.Chinense
400,000 to 800,000 SHUScotch Brains, as its name suggest, is a cross of the Scotch Bonnet and the Yellow 7 Pot Brain strain. It has quickly become one of the best crosses around and is by now a very stable chilli. While it is a little hotter than your normal Scotch Bonnet, it is citrusy and tastes amazing. Nearly everyone that tries the Scotch Brains has fallen in love with it and you will too! If all that wasn’t enough, it is hugely productive as well. You can ask for more than that!

Sepia Serpent
C. Chinense
800,000 – 1,00,000 SHUWe’re told this is a creation of SilverSurfer on The Hot Pepper forum and is a cross between a 7 Pot Douglah X Trinidad Scorpion ButchT. Holy Smoke Batman that has to mean business. It has a mahogany deep brown hue to it and is crazy golf ball size. Pods have a great gnarly shape and are quite thin walled. It has a slightly sweet earthy flavour and packs a punch heat wise. We think these would be best made into a powder or sneaking into your mates sandwich.
This generation is F7+, meaning that it is a relatively stable variety.

Snow White
C. Chinense
100,000 – 200,000 SHUNot a lot is known about this little chilli, simply known as Snow White. We do know that it has been around for a few years and is a Habanero type. It also seems to originate in Brazil. It is very prolific and is a very attractive plant when covered in pods! The taste is good. Sweet and crunchy with a bit of heat, it goes great in a Salsa or Salad. If you love your white chillies, this is a good one!

C.Chinense
300,000-350,000 SHUThe Star of Turkey is a very uncommon chilli pepper with a mild tomato like aroma. It’s the only C. Chinense type chilli that is actually shaped like a star although the shape is a little different from plant to plant. Its very fleshy pod is sweet and super crunchy, almost like an apple! The heat builds up to a similar level of the Habanero. This is a rare chilli and well worth growing.

Swiss Chocolate
C. Chinense
At a guess…350,000 – 400,000 SHURaphael Alber has created a few amazing varieties but this is by far one of our favorites. Obviously this one is a cross but with what is still a bit of a mystery. It doesn’t matter because this one is a winner for taste and looks. It’s hard to describe the flavour but there are hints of berry / cinnamon undertones. Better than any other chocolate chilli variety we’ve tasted. It gives a very pleasant all over mouth burn and subjectively seems around the habanero heat level. Pods look great and start out a dark olive green with grooves before ripening to a unique matt chocolate finish. Would be sensational powdered we think and we will be drying ours for sure. Can’t recommend this one enough.

1,000,000-1,600,000 SHUHow to describe the Chocolate scorpion….Imagine sticking out your tongue and someone grabs it tight with ceramic hair straighteners….and they turn it to high and don’t let go! It has a dark and smooth flavour and is one seriously super-hot chilli. Very popular for making smokey BBQ sauces with a big punch!
This killer chilli pepper was declared the world’s most hottest chilli in February 2012. Some reports have measured it’s SHU as high as over 2 million. Ouch. It lost that title to the Carolina Reaper which became the world’s hottest chilli in November 2013. When fully grown the Trinidad Chocolate Scorpion Chilli can grow up to 160 cm high…10+ Seeds
